We are Independent Financial Advisers, authorised by The Financial Services Authority, and Independent Mortgage Brokers who subscribe to the Mortgage Code laid down by The Council of Mortgage Lenders. This means that all business carried out for clients is governed by strict rules of professional conduct designed to ensure that the advice which clients receive from us is impartial and suits their needs.
In particular, we are not tied to any lender, insurance company or other financial institution and are therefore free to arrange mortgages and related products for our clients with any lender or life company.
We can access not only the High Street lenders but many special deals and specialised lenders for difficult to place mortgages
