Private Client Solicitor/Experienced Paralegal - Plymouth

McClure Solicitors are looking for an ambitious Consultant.  This will be a Private Client Solicitor or Paralegal with significant experience who can learn our products and services, who can explain those services to clients and who is not afraid to ask for the business.

The position will be mainly office based in Plymouth but with home visits as and when required.

The position is interesting as you will see a high volume of clients and all will be different.  We expect that you will see about three first appointments per working day of which two will be in the office and one home visit.  There will also be three signing attestations per working day.

This is a very rewarding position not only in terms of salary but in terms of job satisfaction and the interest and indeed excitement which it will generate.

The successful candidate will be able not only to service the demand in Plymouth but to build our brand, develop the business and develop the branch.  We see no reason why this branch should not grow quickly to require three or four Consultants with you as the Branch Manager.

McClure has sophisticated back off management in place so that most of your time will be spent seeing clients.  All the documentation and support is based in our central processing unit in Glasgow.  Accordingly you will take Will instructions etc but the Wills will be processed by head office.
