Charity Team Administrator | Plymouth Office
Salary | £16,500
We are looking for an enthusiastic & confident individual to join our Plymouth Office to work remotely within our Charity Team.
The role will include but is not limited to:
Gathering donation & legacy information from cases & spreadsheets
Liaising with staff in other offices
Generating donation & legacy letters to charities
Arranging meetings with Charities
Charity Partnership agreements
Meeting and greeting clients who come into the office for an appointment
Taking card payments from Consultants when they are with clients
This role is perfect for someone who has a passion for organisation and has excellent communication skills. The role will require you to dip in and out of tasks throughout the day, therefore the ability to multi-task & prioritise is imperative.
Full-training will be provided and ongoing however prior experience would be preferable. You would also be required to attend our head office in Glasgow for one weeks training.
This is a full time role working Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
Salary = £16,500
