that if you die without a Will in place, a long-winded and costly process lies ahead with no guarantee of where your estate will go?
If you leave a Will then you are said to die in testate but if you die without a Will you are said to die intestate.
Quite simply, if you don’t have a Will, the procedure is more complex.
And if you don’t set out in a Will who is to inherit then the law decides not you.
And the law does not always get it right.
So it makes sense for every adult to have a Will.
A McClure Will is free of charge. If you need a home visit that is free of charge as well.
We don’t charge for storing your Will and we don’t charge for updates.
Accordingly there is no cost, no catch and no excuse.
Just contact us on 0800 852 1999 or email contactus@mcclure-solicitors.co.uk to arrange a chat with one of our Estate Planning Consultants.
Home visits are available.
